Hotels with Fitness Ctrs. pool use for members??

Looking for Hotels that have Fitness Ctrs. and use of pool for their members.

Something like the Hilton, Marriot, in terms of quality.

The Dusit, and Marriot, had this when I lived in Pattaya. Many of the big hotels did.
Use of the Tennis courts as well.

Any ideas?

Palm Hill have one of the best pools in the area, it's a full 50m and I think they have a gym as well and definately tennis courts.
It used to be 1200bt a month or 200bt a visit but it might be more now.

I was a member their at Palm Hills and its now 1000 baht per month, grt place, only dont use now as ive moved south. gym , badmington court , pool, books , sauna , wash room all free and all other facilities i believe theirs a minimal charge for usuage, also wif around the pool if needed and the staff are great

Hmmm...... somewhere to be avoided then
