Warning - Property Purchase Con

Post by petercr »

I've recently been approached by an individual claiming to be interested in buying my property..........BUT
after viewing this guy can only make a purchase offer subject to his QROPS investment in Exotic Trees being liquidated............ OR........... the suggestion is that I can participate in his timber investment as an alternative way of funding the purchase

Lucky Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cuss:

Be warned :guns:

Does it involve building an insulated loft with charcoal filtered extractors and a massive electric bill? Heard there is money in those exotic trees. :rasta: :rasta: :rasta: :rasta:

Was he from Switzerland by any chance? Only asking because we had a chap from Switzerland offer us more than we would dream of asking, but he was rambling on about a whole pile of nonsense so I cut him short by telling him if he wants to buy our place, he should go and draw the money out of the bank and then go to the land office with us. Of course that's the last we heard from him.

Strangely enough, when we bought our place, that's exactly what we did........drew the money out the bank, went to the land office, did the transfer, and then handed over the cash. We bought from a Thai women, and I've never seen anyone as nervous as she was once we gave her all the money......lol.
Don't try to impress me with your manner of dress cos a monkey himself is a monkey no less - cold fact
