Amari Residences (Condos)

Post by TypicallyTropical »

Before I went to HH six months ago I spent the previous six months with contacting real estate agents. Most didn't even reply, but I eventually hooked uo with three. They all knew what I was looking for well in advance. (I didn't want to waste their time and my time either.) I was looking for a 2BD/2BA condo in a resort.

When I got there one agent was showing me everything but what I was looking for. The second agent said "What you are looking for doesn't exist!" The third agent "managed" to show me the "Banyan" and the "Samudra." Interestingly one of the HHAD members, whom I had lunch with, took me to more places (Black Mountain, Palm Hills, Baan Chan Talay) similar to what I was looking for than the three agents combined.

However, that's not the issue anymore. I just learned of the under-construction Amari Residences (condos) that nobody showed me there. I was wondering if anyone here have any input that I should consider in making a decision.

PS. Yes, I own a real estate company in Hawaii, but I hate real estate agents! :) :) :)

Hey TT--I know the opening GM there, and can arrange an introduction (Better than going through an agency)

Drop me a PM if interested.

Hi TT -

Haven't heard of Amari Condos....in HH or Cha Am?

Hey, were the Charn-Issara Townhouses started up when you were here? Don't think so but they're down the street from us close to the Veranda. Have a sales office and are going for about 4 mil......might be worth a look.
We haven't been down there for awhile but it looks like they're starting construction.

Also looks like a big retail store going up about a mile from us toward HH. Hoping it's a grocery store; rumors have it as a Tesco warehouse but it doesn't look anything like a warehouse......retail for sure I think. Pretty big one too.

Amari is on the way to Takiap, forking left rather than hitting the flyover. No beach access as far as I can tell? We had a thread about this place before. I may have started it? :?

Hi TT - We drove by the sales office and noticed the posters they have all over the place around here reference "charnissara.co.th".

Went to the website and looked at current projects. This one is listed as Issara Village. I think it will be nice. A semi-secluded residential area behind the Veranda Hotel with quick access to both the beach and Petchkasim Rd.

They've already had a press release about adding future units to the 39 originally offered.

If you mean this TIGR, it's a Tesco Lotus store according to someone who asked the team on site.

Sorry for the off-topic interjection.

Amari looks nice from the outside TT (not a lot of use I know), but I'd say it's a pretty decent location road access-wise, presuming someone want's off the main Petchakasem Road busy track, as it's before the main Takiab village where it gets narrow and quite trafficky at busy times, like every weekend when BKK Thais are up. So it's about as on-the-edge of Takiab and on-the-edge of Hua Hin as you're likely to get. A nice quiet spot currently.

Exactly, I'd say it can't be beachfront as I make it here...

A bit too close to the train tracks perhaps :?

Yeah, that's the one! It looks a lot like the Tesco in Pranburi to me.

Let's hope it does turn out to be Tesco, it would be a wonderful addition to the area (not to mention it's only about two minutes from our condo).

Are you down by Springfield@Sea then T.I.G.R., friend had a condo down there on the beach, I'm not a fan of Cha Am proper but that's a lovely little spot

Yup. Springfield is just north of us, about a ten minute walk up the beach.

Lovely place with year-round cool breezes and easy access to anywhere.

The only drawback to our place is we're about two hundred yards from the Beach Garden Hotel, home of the loudest entertainment in the area.

Now I hate my real estate agents even more! :) :) :) I hooked up with the sales manager of Amari, 85% of the units already are sold. I probably could have picked a cherry a year ago.

Hi TT

Theirs quite a few new condo developments by experienced developers and 100% risk free that fit your criteria as well as Amari and beach front ones as well. You state though you’re an agent but don’t like using agents, baffled by that statement as you seem to be knocking your own profession.

Amari are also managed by a sole agent CBRE and have a full website and also im told that they have a rental guarantee scheme in place.Sorry cant leave the url as i havnt enough posts yet!

If you want the names please pm me.
