I know it is a long shot, but is there a JP in Hua Hin. I need someone to sign a stat dec to apply for distance ed.

Also, Oz JP available in Bangkok. Located right next to Ploenchit Station.

Thanks for your help. In the end I asked if an Australian engineer or teacher would suffice, and they said yes. So I had a neighbour sign it. Apparently someone who is an upstanding and well educated person in the community is also eligible to sign a stat dec. I saved myself a trip to Bangkok. Yeah!
