To be fair to Levy he did say if a bigger club come along.

That hasn't happened yet.

Exactly:

Spurs / Chelsea
League Championships - 2 / 4
FA Cups - 8 / 6
League Cups - 4 / 4
Cup Winners Cups - 1 / 2
UEFA Cups - 2 / 0

And lets see.... 3 league champs, 3 FA cups and 2 league cups all bought and paid for by the russian billionaire?

All in the past I know.

Huge blow as Essian out for at least 6-months and maybe forever? Both knees crocked now.

And Chelsea up their bid for Modric to 27m!

Maybe he'll arrive in time for the game in Bangers on 24 July? :naughty:

Imo Modric is a great creative/flair/luxury player, but not a tackling/ball-winning/combative middle of the park player which Chelsea 'always' seem to go for... Essian, Ramires, Ballack, Lampard, Parker, Ukelele, Mikel, Geremi, Poyet etc... or maybe I'm misreading it, not all that up on the ins and outs of

I would agree ofcourse that Chelsea really need to stand on their own two feet for an hour or two before being considered truly as a big club, being artificially propped up by sugar daddies like Master'bates, Matthew'shouldatookthetrain and Abramovic can't be good for anyone's self-esteem.

Who me?..... oh, I don't follow any team particularly

Hope this doesn't turn into a Berbatov saga, but let's not forget that Spurs paid somewhere around 20m quid for Modric 3 years ago. And unless he formally requests a transfer, we'll have to pay him a loyalty payment as well!!
This is the way

LOYALTY? last year he signed a new improved contract that runs to 2016
If he was so keen on signing for chelsk, why did he sign it? :?

Bottom line is, if chelsk want him, at least come up with a realistic offer :|

Same can be said about the Fabregas saga.

Guy's, Modric is leaving, accept the fact. He's had a pop at Levy and he will move on, its all part of the game, and everyone knows it. I said all last season that we were crying out for a bit of flair in midfield and he fits in with the stated intentions of the new head honcho.

You will get 30m allowing 'Arry to spend the money on yet another defensive crock.

So you're more popular in malaysia

You're playing on a saturday & we played midweek, so all our fans had to get up for their 16 hour shift in the sweat shop the next day

Yeah, but all the Malaysian scouse fans are like their English counterparts . . . . on the Nat King Cole

Hence they couldn't sell the tickets, so just gave 'em away

So, Modric has handed in a transfer request and it seems Chelsea will up their bid.....

Going, going.........

What with Sandos out for 3 months and the impending exodus from the Arse - it seems both clubs could be struggling to get a decent team out between them! :naughty:  :duck:
