Hire Thai employees

I'm computer programmer which recently moved to Hua Hin and I plan open company and hire Thai employers which will help me in my current projects. But have questions, if somebody can help me or guide where i can find answers.

Where post job advertisement: local newspapers?
What average salary: I plan 15000 THB for entry level programmer or probably 20000 THB, is this ok?

Assume you mean "employees".
There is no Hua Hin newspaper.

But where people posting their ads(car sale, job offers etc.)?

The Bangkok Post has an extensive vacancies section and will display the ads in Thai if needed. I would check with your lawyer first if you need to place the ads before your work permit is issued.

if your going to be Hua hin bassed there is a mag that comes out called awol it has a classified section, may not help alot becouse a lot of ex pats read it, but they may know some people, also the web site baht sold has a vacancy part for memory

To reach Thais shouldn't you advertise in Thai media? I've not seen a lot of Thais reading The BKK Post or The Nation. Advertising is all about identifying the audience/customers and choosing the right medium to reach them.

You can also advertise on the local Hua Hin Cable TV channel.
They run a ticker-tape type service.
When we first opened our restaurant, we got about 20 responses over a 5-day period and actually found the 4 people we wanted from those applicants.
It wasn't expensive either.
