Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add finely chopped onion, tomato, chili and garam masala.
Fry half teaspoon of cumin seeds for a few seconds in a small amount of oil and add the egg mixture. Fry on both sides.
Easy peasy.

That may be the answer to your new found energy level; substituting tea for that "breakfast of champions" Chang you used to have! :D :cheers:

Sounds good! I may add some garlic with the cumin seeds before frying :cheers:
