It been going on for a while we just returned from there last night.
I think it come from just over the wall at the bottom end.
I was tempted to take a drive around to see what it is, a local bar is my guess.

There doesn't seem to be any laws or restrictions on noise pollution here, any bugger can open up a bar/karaoke in the middle of a residential area and pound out the noise at will. Thais just seem to accept excessive noise as part of everyday life.
