Hello, people. Newbie here, been living in LoS for almost 7 years, 5 of them in BKK, 2 in Patts and Phuket, but planning to move to Hua Hin soon, hoping for a more relaxed lifestyle

You will find that more relaxed lifestyle here. Welcome to the forum.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Hi firebird8484, welcome to the forum. I've also put my house on the UK market today, so we're obviously in competition :D

If anyone is interested in a house exchange please send me a PM.

I have just returned from the UK and long term rentals, a minimum of two years, are difficult to find.

I have to go back to the UK next year so that my kids can get an education so stability is important.

Our house, three beds and three baths, is north of Cha-Am some - 150 metres from the beach.

When the girls have finished their schooling we'll return to Thailand.
