Does anyone have a membership for Imperial Lake View for sale?

If you get tomorrows AWOL paper there will probably be one for sale in it - I believe there have been recent sales at less than Bht 100,000 including the Transfer charge

B 100'000 transfer fee + 7% tax to be added.

I think the member ships now have 10 years left and the course is in pretty poor shape, 4 nines are great, granted D is newer and maybe not so pretty but fantastic layout and I reckon 10k a year is a great deal. I really hope that they get some money to spend and make the course great again. I don tmind playing there so long aspreferred lies are in play!

Lake View C and D are in good order and the greens are getting much better.
A and B are more popular and the overall course condition is improving with all the remedial work they have been doing (It needed it).

As JW says a great deal for a 10 year membership and there always seem to be some up for sale.
