For use on the beach a two wheel drive would be fine. You do need to make sure the tyres are nice and chunky so as to avoid wheel spin. I use a HAWK model on the beach regularly and its fine! (and I ain't no featherweight neither!)
We are reviewing the options for a 4 wheel drive models right now but they tend to be much bigger and more expensive (circa THB250,000) We are worried this might be too expensive for our customers??
Welcome your feed back.
We are reviewing a new model to add to the EGL range (exclusive in Thailand to Quadmaster)
You may have seen our 300cc off road model. Take a look at its big brother the 600cc MAD MAX with Dellorto carb and HD racing chain to take all that power!

ahhhhhhhhh ello cheeky one to add to my "someday" list.
bet the MIBS would nick you for riding one down the road tho.
The Scorpian type three wheelers have featured in a few recent sci-fi flicks as police bikes. They do look a bt odd....back to front trikes like they used to build back in the early days of bikes and cars.

Hi Sandman,
Ve have ways of getting around ze problem!
I think the phrase is: where there is a will, there is a way!
Are you planning to join the TEST DRIVE event next month?
If so, we can tell you all about it!!
If not, drop into the showroom or give them a call on 032572270 and they can tell you all about it!

On the three wheeler thing - the old trikes with one wheel at the front and two at the back where not as stable as the two wheels at the front configuration (like SCORPIAN) the other problem with having two wheels at the back is you needed to take care not to run over your own feet on take off!!
yeah...I was thinking about the old three wheeler Morgan type cars wth the V Twin engne....saw a good few of em at classic car rallies I used to go to back in Blighty.
The other advantage of front enders is of course they dont pull wheeles so easy as back enders tend to do when you dump the clutch or rev too hard. My mate back in the UK had a Boom Trikes souped up volks trike that was a sodding nightmare to control. We ended up making him some wheely bars to stop it kicking too far.
I will try and drop by the test day with Mrs S and if poss give one of the Spyders a spin. Ive ridden 350 ATV 4 wheeler bikes in the desert in Namibia...dune jumping.....great fun but scary as hell sometimes.
Till I hit better and more fluid times the Spyder will remain a pipe dream tho, much like this little beauty
We have put some videos up on YOU TUBE including the BLUE SCORPIAN which is the subject of the giveaway promotional draw.
Go to www.quadmaster.co.th and click on the FOLLOW US button on the right hand side of the screen.
We are working on a video of the SPYDER and hope to put that up by next week.
Keep those registrations coming in folks!
Tell all your friends, to tell all of their friends!
The draw is planned for the 17th December 2011 at the QUADMASTER showroom on the Petchkasem road just north of Pranburi.
GOOD LUCK! www.quadmaster.co.th
