Hello - South Africa, Botswana & Bangkok

Hi there everyone,

My wife and I and our 2 boys aged 5 and 9 are originally from South Africa. I worked as a certified offshore financial advisor in Botswana (just north of South Africa) for some time, then opted to change the dessert for the tropics to take on a more challenging role as Managing Director for a Wealth Management firm in Bangkok.

The floods in BKK forced us to take a somewhat unscheduled holiday down further South, and we finally made it to Hua Hin !

We're in Kao Tao area and it reminds us a lot of the garden route on the Eastern Cape in South Africa....very lush, green and pleasant. Bangkok has its unique charm, but would probably translate more to a busy Johannesburg for us, and we're more the 'by the beach' Cape Town type folk.

We decided move our financial planning operations down and to relocate to Hua Hin in January 2012 as the outdoor lifestyle suits the children and us much better ! So nice to breathe fresh air and to actually have almost complete silence at night....magic !

Now, just to find a Tae Kwondo dojo for the kids somewhere closeby. Any ideas?
