Hi there,
For some personal reasons, I decided to buy a small land in name in my thai wife. We planned to make a 30 years leasing contract + a private contract and now I'm looking for what I will put inside our private contract before we buy and before register contract (selling, renting....)
Any advice will be welcome from people who made something like that before.
Thanks

Solicitor springs to mind or maybe the land office has a standard contract that will suffice?

Defintley have a lawyer construct your agreements, the cost up front is the best money you will spend. The contracts will be designed to be fair to both you and your wife - Chavalit Finch address is shown on the website - they work for the vast majority iof my clients and do a great job.

Re: leasing contract and private contract
If I am not mistake a Leasehold contract between spouses is not possible. Instead you would need a Usufruct (was that spelled right). Just as JW advised, visit a lawyer.
