Does anyone know if they have started building the waterpark at Black Mountain. If so when it will be completed. Looking forward to the wakeboard facility.

Waterpark to be built is one of the recurring themes in Hua Hin. There are others, such as:
- Disney shall build a Disneyland in HH;
- restaurants on the fishing pier shall vanish and a promenade shall be built in their stead;
- soi Bintabat shall move to another part of town;
- Hua Hin shall become a province;
- the authorities shall confiscate all falang dwellings owned through company route;
- a border crossing shall be built at Singkhon;
- a tsunami shall wipe HH off the map; and many, many others.
So far only the appearance of Tesco and Villa Market as well as the Russian invasion of the things prophesied has really taken place.
