We will be in Hua Hin next month to hopefully organise all connections in our new villa. Is TOT the only internet and cable TV provider? Would be interested to know about other options, if any.

Not mentioned in any of the material referenced is CAT who is the master provider to ALL telecoms in Thailand for the internet. CAT internet connections are available if they have service in your area. Their speed is substantially faster than TOT and I will bet 3BB also.

What's more their mail servers are constantly blacklisted.
I think True are about the best, but their coverage area is the smallest.
