Aye aye Capt.

I understand that the last mini van from Victory Monument to Hua Hin is due to leave at 8pm each evening, however we have used the "last bus" many times and it never leaves before 8pm.

Indeed we have been on the "last bus" that left at 8:40pm.

It is very flexible and if there are still a couple of empty seats at 8pm they will hold on in the hope of filling the bus. On the other hand if the bus if full before 8pm I suspect they put on another "last bus"

Anyway to be on the safe side, better be there for 8pm

How about going the other way - HH to VM? Still 8'ish for the last ride?

^ I've never really checked it that closely. Seems like is pretty consistant at 3 hours for me.

2:20 sounds like a Nantucket sleigh ride to me . . no thanks.
