A weird experience on google...

Post by Super Joe »

thought I was tripping out for a minute, in your Google search box type... 'do' followed by the space button...

It doesn't happen when I'm logged into iGoogle though. Plus using Firefox & Win7 if that makes any difference!?

Years ago, mid 90's when IE and Netscape where the only browsers, IE had something like this. You hit a combination of certain keys and your screen would turn into a trip through outer space or something similar. I'll have to look to see if any reference to that still exists these days. Odd. Only "tilt" works for me. "Do" and "Recursion" only return normal search pages.

edited to add:
Dagnabbit. I "get it" now. Sheesh. Had to look through the Google results for "recursion" to realize what the joke is. :?

It looks like they've removed the classic "French war victories " one.

Try "find Chuck Norris" and press I'm feeling lucky. 8)
