Thanks, the route was pretty straight forward to follow.

We had a great lunch at the restaurant yesterday and I for one look forward to dropping in again.

It only took me 10 mins to get there from the centre of town, which is where I don't want to be during my lunchbreak during the week!

Not many Algerian or tunisian regulars but we will make them and they will come!

Due to popular demand we will be making the tomato soup with herby pink Himalayan salted croutons a full time addition to the menu. Also "Hot Italian" sausage.

Special for this month is " Spicy Meatballs" flavoured with fennel, garlic and toasted chilli flakes in a tomato sauce, served with a mixed salad and croutons.

Also by request from a birthday party group we have added a prawn cocktail to the list of starters.

Not normally Barrys.

We had a major plumbing problem with our hot water boiler at the house and missed our planned Sunday lunch outing whilst the engineers were fixing things and clearing up and needed food so as we were cooking anyway it was no trouble to cater the few people who turned up. They know we are closed Sundays now. Inconvenient with the boiler on our day off but gave us a chance to make a fresh batch of samosas so can have a few glasses of wine tonight as tomorrow mornings work is done already

For everyone's info. I happened to be at Naab Thong at the right time last week to try a sample of a new Stilton sausage they had made. For those who prefer a milder sausage with great cheese flavor cooked right in this is your sausage. Delicious!

There's almost getting to be too many sausage decisions there... I've now tried Cumberland, Itialian, Swiss, Irish, Chiang Mai, and Stilton. Too many sausages and too little time!
