Kendo.
I am sure that Buffalo Bills (near Fisherman's Wharf) was selling it. Have seen it on sale in Patong & Bangkok.

I drink it most times I am out here in Aus and pay normally between $9 & 12 per pint for draught and between $8-10 per bottle. So even if you can get it, don't expect it to be cheap.
We can by cartons here here for normally around the $50 mark (but cheaper when on special)

I saw an add on here a while ago for HH Ham and Bacon having imported beers for sale. Perhaps drop them a line and they may be able to point you in the right direction

Buying low-volume import beers is risky. If it has been stored in a hot warehouse for 6 months, it won't be so good!!!
