His command of English is really excellent - you could almost think somebody wrote it for him

Yes,its pretty interesting at the bottom of the table particularily with Wigan winning at Bolton and Blackburn defeating QPR this weekend.
Look well if QPR go down after appointing Mark Hughes and making a few new signings.Wolves losing at home 5-1 to West Brom.....OMG,the odds on Roy Hodgson becoming the next England manager will have shortened dramatically !
Then again,if Wolves sack Mick McCarthy he would be available for the England job straight away.Dont forget Mick managed the Republic of Ireland in the 2002 World Cup finals.....he could appoint Roy Keane as his assistant.....nah,more chance of Norwich overhauling Liverpool for 7th spot in the Premiership ! 8)

Were you expecting a Spanish statement? Using his own language seems to get him into trouble anyway.

If only Zidane - If only

It was good to see 'Arry's man management in action on Saturday.
Did any of you notice the well deserved bollocking he gave to Defoe - after Defoe had done one of his sickeningly more and more common 'dives'. :|

Defoe can be a great player, both for club and country but he is increasingly becoming another tart - just like Suarez and Evra............ :duck:

Bring back Walter Winterbottom I say

The answer to your question? Stoke

Not a lot to choose between the teams & it looks almost certain that it's going to be any 3 of these 5 teams that will get relegated.

Seems the pressures of PL survival has taken it's first victim though :? . . . . .

To be honest the guy didn't really have much to play with at Wolves for the time he was there. Give him a few good players and you never know really... not at Spurs though :D

Given `arry`s track record with Portsmouth and Southampton do Spuds fans expect any loyalty from him?

Just seen that protocol is the visitors always lineup for the handshakes whilst the home team walk along the line and shake hands.

The FA changed it for Liverpools visit to Old Trafford for some reason.

United stood whilst Liverpool walked. Odd.

I was all for Suarez's decision to refuse to shake hands with evra, it's his choice & he obviously felt aggrieved by the ban etc etc.

Where it has fallen down, to an extent, is that he told LFC management that he was going to shake hands.
When he didn't, he first put Dalglish in an awkward position (the after match interview) & then the club as a whole.

What he should have done, was make clear he would not under any circumstances shake hands with the dirty little rat
That way, Dalglish & the club could have had the choice of postponing the handshake (a la QPR/Chelsk), or put Suarez on the bench ??????

Just my opinion :|

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet....

Have you been keeping up with the little 'mini' Suarez incident

ASTON Villa bosses have explained than an apparent handshake snub by a child mascot before a Premier League game was due to the two youngsters being "overawed" by the occasion.

"Both boys are seven years old, one of them was a Barclays mascot.

"They interacted happily both before and after the missed handshake, which resulted simply from them being overawed by the occasion, the noise level from the crowd and the experience of being in the presence of their heroes," replied a Villa spokesman

I agree RZR, I hope the thing is put to bed now though.

Fantastic support from Ajax last night, they even sang "we're not racist, we only hate mancs"

Also alot of banners out in Uruguay giving Ferguson and Evra abuse.

Anyway, hopefully back to talking about his Football.

According to the Daily Mail.Paris St. Germain are to offer a contract to Luis Suarez at the end of the season.....his friend Diego Lugano, also plays for PSG !
It would be a bit of a blow to Liverpool,I guess......but youd still have Andy Carroll !
