I think we were extremely fortunate to be still in the game at 1/2 time!
Sometimes games go like that, I can recall quite a few where we've been mugged in similar fashion

As for the RVP debate, this is his first full season for a number of years & we haven't finished mid table before
He's averaged just 22 games per season since joining :?

We all knew he was class & this year, injury free, he's showing it.

Anyway BaaBaa . . . . :butt: :neener:

His well executed trip in the box over Sczcesny, to earn that penalty was an Oscar winner...............
Bale is the worst diver in the league, never mentioned cos he's British.

A lumbering liability who has more trophies in English Football than RVP, Carroll has done fine this year, he's also 23.

So who would you prefer to be your striker?
Not up for debate is it? Carrolls a kid, Van Persie is the best striker in world football on current form.

It's like comparing Chamberlain to Robben.

Chelsea is the least attractive job in London at the moment, if Mourinho is good at anything it's picking his jobs well.

Meanwhile, news about the future of Stamford Bridge:

The supporters just need re-assurances about where and when (I am a CPO)?

Debatable - but he's not a racist tart :run:

Frankly and sad to say, most premier league players do it these days and it is a sickening part of the game.

Nah, Suarez gets the gold medal for diving by a mile, the dirty cheating Uraguayan :D Bale is a not so close second :D

I know that was partly said tongue in cheek but that Suarez is constantly diving is a myth.

After the Liverpool v United game Fergie said "Suarez dives all over the place", he hadn't dived once, he'd previously done the same to Torres. Now Suarez can get hacked down and the commentators will question it, it's ridiculous.

Gerrard dives more than Suarez, as do Downing, Bale, Rooney and Young. The thing is they are all British so it doesn't even get mentioned, infact they gloss over it or completely ignore it.

Carroll, at 23, with over a 100 premiership appearances, can hardly be described as a kid :?

I'm sure the big price tag has added pressure.
I just think he isn't fitting in to the style of football L'pool are playing at the moment.
Whether that will change is for Dalglish to decide.

He is still a good impact player, but bringing him on in the 90th min (& Bellamy) wasn't a great decision.
I was happy enough though, both could have caused us even more problems :D
