Why so much interest? Is it a great place to eat?

Cheap but palatable! The pork fillet with pepper sauce for 120 (used to be 90) is a great deal and tasty.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Soi 102, the parade just across the train where the bars are. Don't know when opening.

Yes Moja, but looks like they'd be ready in about a week if they wanted to, so may be earlier!?!?

Appears to be Open Now. Went by the other day and still working on outside but looks to be open in evenings now with all signs and tables & chairs in place now.

I think you'll find it's more a matter of a greedy landlord wanting to milk the cash cow, given that the place was/is a success.

A few years back I mentioned starting something up to my wife (Thai), and she immediately said that unless you own the property, you're doomed if you become successful because your rent will either go up, or else you'll simply be booted off the premises so that the owners can try a piggy back operation. Sad but true.

I was told that Oy's old place has already been leased out to a new operator so I guess that landlord had no problem finding someone to pay the higher price.

They, (Oy's son I think), told my wife today 1st May. But if the 5th is a 'lucky' day, then my money would be on that!!
