Yes I do, and agreed you can get exactly what you want, using local ingredients I love to get a Thai twist. Highly recommend the mozzarella from the cheese factory on soi 10. Other ingredients are up to you!
Can you please give some location for the cheese factory on Soi 10 as I would like to go tomorrow early am, and cost

Me too, in fact I make many things and often when making a home-made loaf, will reserve a piece of the dough to turn into a pizza with maybe just a small addition of olive oil to make it more elastic. I personally like my pizza's fairly thin with a good tomato base, cheese (mozzarella and cheddar) and whatever else I have or have purposely bought to go with it (bacon or salami normally) with onions, mushrooms, capsicum and usually one small birds eye chilli for a bit of bite - add a sprinkling of Italian herbs, whack it in a hot oven for 12-15 minutes and enjoy. I am going to get a pizza oven built in my garden which should make the end product even better!!

The pizzas you get from the large pizza chains are full of saturated fat. A poorly disguised calorie bomb.

You can buy ready-made pizza bottoms in Villa Market. However, they are not to my taste; way too much sugar in the dough. :tsk:

If you ever have tried those EnJoy's pizzas, you should go and try! They ARE BIG
(may be over 30cm)and crispy.
I have eaten several times. Many kind of fillings and make also of your own choice.
But if I remember right, thought restaurant is open earlier, pizzas can be ordered after 6 pm.
I have eaten at Enjoy on many an occasion and am yet to be disappointed. I just wish they would do something about the mosquitoes (unidirectional, horizontal-blowing industrial fans, blue killer lights, whatever!)

I'll be sure to try Enjoy pizza now that Bella Mia is sadly gone. What a loss to HH Italian food lovers!

We regularly make our own pizzas, sometimes with the ready-made bases from Makro, and sometimes with Mr.VS's handmade ones (the latter is always better).

We don't use Mozzarella, as it's pretty tasteless, but we do pile on oodles of grated cheddar. One of our colleagues (a Brit) said that it was the best pizza he'd eaten... ever... We don't have a proper oven, so cook them in a super, little, electric turbo oven, swapping them over half-way through cooking time. The beauty of DIY pizzas is you can customize them to your taste.

Got my taste buds going now. Pizza's on the menu for tomorrow night, just need to buy some pineapple and ham.

I have the construction drawings (blue prints) for a wood fired outside pizza oven, if you have the builder?

Played the Par 3 course at Black Mountain yesterday and later had the Cheeseburger in the main restaurant. Great tasting burger and not bad value at 200baht.

I'm actually at something of a loss as to understand why anybody would eat pizza in the first place. Let alone fly half way around the planet to do it.
