UK visa and Denmark visa
UK visa and Denmark visa
Does someone know if Thai immigration gives the same visa stay allowance to Danish people as UK residents? I was told that they give "O" visas to citizens of Denmark, but not to UK residents. It is all a bit confusing, I thought they would be the same, EU?
Re: UK visa and Denmark visa
Why would there be any difference if, and as long as you are married to a Thai citizen?
This is what the Ministry of foreign affairs in Thailand has to say about it on their website:
In the case where the accompanying spouse is not eligible to apply for the Category ‘O-A’ (Long Stay) visa, he or she will be considered for temporary stay under Category ‘O’ visa. A marriage certificate must be provided as evidence and should be notarised by notary organs or by the applicant’s diplomatic or consular mission.
