WORK PERMIT for Owners Committees

At the Heights 1 no committee member has ever had a work permit.
The work permit issue has been brought up but no one has felt it necessary to take action.

Not having one just makes you exposed to a potential outcome if you have a controversial issue to deal with, especially if it's some local corrupt shitester and it involves money or compensation/complaints. I hear that it is a favourite angle of attack by local 'entities' to be rid of, in their eyes, meddlesome foreigners.

Not saying anything is destined to happen but.......you know......hindsight is 20/20.
