Need help finding school supplies

Post by lmiskuski »

Does anyone know where I can find a math compass and protractor? My daughter needs it for her home school program and I have no idea where to begin looking in Hua Hin. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try the first floor in the shopping mall in the centre of town (not Market Village). There used to be a section there with pens, pencils and a lot of school stuff a few years ago. Like all things in Thailand it may be totally different now, but worth a bash.

Yes that floor has changed quite a lot I'm afraid. Stationery is still there but I don't think there's nearly as much. I'd go to the stationer on Chomsin - just near the junction with SraSong Rd (almost opposite China Town area.) Approaching from Paetkasem it's on the left just before the SraSong turn. Or the little stationer on Naebkherhardt still has plenty of school type supplies - not far down on the right travelling out of town. Opposite the 7 just before the school.

If heading north, turn left at the second set of lights and you'll find a school/office stationary shop about 30 meters up. There's also another one just around the corner if you take the next left as well.

Place opposite HH Polyclinic on Petcha going north from the clock tower just a bit south of the main Bangkok Bank

Tesco has a huge school supplies section. I'd have thought they had that stuff there...
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
