hhfarang - Glad to see that you are learning
And, yes, I can still listen to Hotel California after all these years + Loosing My Religion and a few others
Hey JA..I go walking with a guy from Houston..well H is only a small town in Texas right?..so you're bound to know him..ha-ha! (He WAS a horse trader out there).
Pleng is right..THAT song can be heard being sang so,so badly at every 'Live Music' venue around town.. and because this is Thailand the 'lead' guitar riffs are all done with a bass guitar on max volume Ho hum..T.I.T.
Looking forward to being part of the Live Music scene in Hua Hin. Usual suspect, where I live is 35 miles from downtown Houston in a small city named Richmond. Most people know Houston though, so I use that as my hometown when meeting new people. Also, looking forward to trying Tex-Mex food and Mexican food in Hua Hin. If its not that good, then I might have to smoke my own pork shoulders, chickens, and brisket. Just dreaming about setting up the smoker and grill in the backyard of a rented bungalow near the beach while sipping a cold Chang beer and watching the sunset.
JA, when you don't feel like cooking yourself, try the Mexican food and baby back ribs at Terrace90 (one of the forums feeding time sponsors). The cooks trained by an American and the food is good.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

That's not a bad shout!
