Saltwater Vs Freshwater (Chlorinated) Swimming Pools

Who thinks what about which?? I've always disliked the thought of saltwater pools, but I know some people prefer them and I believe these days they are being marketed as better for your skin.........what's people's opinion??
Any idea on which type of pool is cheaper to maintain??

As our grandchild is very sensitive to chlorine and the saltwater-pools use also chlorine (generated out of the salt), I use now a chlorine-free pool. Ask Platinum Pool about it. I like it very much, because the water is much softer and the grandchild does not have problems any more.
