Help needed,missing people

Post by kaokalok »

Hello everybody,
a close friend of me was travelling to Hua Hin on January 1.He was expected to return late march, but no sign of life untill now.
He stayed at the "Residence appartements" passing the railway in Bon Kai turning right and then left,a few houndred meters up.
His parents are very concerned as we dont have any phone number or adress.himself never had a phone either.
If one of you down there will ever pass by this "Residence" would you please ask for Mister Philippe from Belgium (50 years old),he's well known there as he's staying there every year for a few month.
Also if somebody could find the phone number of this appartments ,it would be very helpfull.
Thanks a lot to everybody

The phone number of residence1 is 032-512598, the security/duty manager is a massively helpful bloke, (limited English), I'm sure if a Thai rang he would enquire with his counterparts in the other two blocks. These chaps are pretty on the ball with regards to who's who in their own 'gardens'. Even farang-wise.

Good luck...

There is also a young Thai girl aged 14 years old that has been missing in Hua Hin for over a month now. She is suspected to be living with an older male in his early 20's. If you go to your local police station you can ask to see all pictures of missing individuals but certainly be careful of how many questions you ask the local police here. They don't like westerners who know TOO much of anything here as well as the tourist PD. Let me know if your wife could not reach the security at this house to find this gentleman's whereabouts, I could always take a closer look...

A very generous offer in the circumstances.

Happy ending, thankfully.
But I think this 50-year old needs a good spanking from his parents when he eventually gets home...

More insults while this little 14 year old THAI girl I mentioned is still missing in Hua Hin? It seems like many of you on this forum only love yourselves while hating the people in the country you live in...

The person who started this thread did so to ask for help in locating a friend. It was through the information provided by SJ above that the friend was found safe and sound.

I realise this is a silly question, but why not start a thread posting some information about the missing child and explaining how you think the community can help?

My initial reply was to HELP locate this man while I'm suffering from an illness right now and THE ONLY reason I'm even online right now and not working, hence the reason why I've just joined this great forum just 5 days ago and YES as soon as I can get to the PD, I will upload many more pics of MISSING people in Hua Hin, in the meantime, why don't u go to the the local TOURIST police station and ask them HOW YOU CAN HELP?

Okay, I'll play...

I repeat. What do you think we can do, as a community?
What response do you think I or anyone else would get from the police?

What have you done yourself?
Why didn't you upload these pictures before you were bedridden?
etc. etc.

Well it's nice to read a positive ending here i do think though Philippe should be a little bit less selfish and keep in touch with his parents there's nothing worse than worrying about loved one's and after all they are in their senior years.

As usual SJ has come up with the phone number very well done mate, your like a gold mine of information the Hua Hin yellow pages.

Frog, maybe if you have so much concern for this young girl then start a new thread with some basic info maybe a photo to get the ball rolling and if anyone on this community can help your cause they will post a response.

Kendo.

I don't play games sorry, I try to make a POSITIVE IMPACT in our NATURAL HABITAT each and every day and now I'm going to sleep, if you want to help you can go to volunteer with the TOURIST POLICE in Hua Hin. I appreciate compassion, determination, honesty, justice, honor and wisdom. SO please enlighten me..
