Are there any 1500 baht hotels in town?

Resorts, rooms, hotels, and guesthouses, find somewhere to stay.

I hope to visit Hua Hin in early November, does anyone recommend any places close to amenities and staggering distance from the centre of town?

Welcome to the board,
Yes there's loads of them:

Jed Pee Nong
City Beach
Orchid
Peony Hotel
Sirin
Thipurai City

Have a read of some of the previous posts to get more details.

As Lev said there's loads. Personally I can recommend the Jed Pee Nong.
I've stayed there 3 times now and it's definately within staggering distance from the 'action'! In november you should get a pool-side room for 900-1000 bhat with breakfast for 2.
