It is black pudding! But definitely Angel's fart territory - a boiled sausage made of roasted pork fat, bacon, pig cheeks, snout, liver and the blood from the pig’s intestine. Not for the squeamish!
Ayum or Ayam? Same, same, but different? Rendang?
I used to be indecisive - but now I'm not so sure!

Tried the A'yum yesterday - despite terminal 'flu flavours shone through. Thought the serving size too large though (again 'flu might have had something to do with it) - would economics allow an entree size or was that one? Eyes fuzzy - couldn't see the bill! My eyes are quite often fuzzy after one or two of Bees teas - never normally on arrival! I don't much like salad - how about another accompanient? Refried beans? Jalapenosa? As they say here "Up to you"! Overall, very good though!

An Indian spiced chicken dish served, similar to kofta, in a pitta with salad and condiments. Makes a good starter or light lunch. Can also be served with chips and ketchup if you are from Yorkshire

It’s none of my business what people say and think of me. I am what I am and do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything. It makes life so much easier.
You can't be eating this without a good drink! Bacon been added as an option for those who do not eat beef or you can have a bit of both
