Lap swimming in Hua Hin?

I did a search on this site for "lap swimming" and "swimming laps" and did not turn anything up.

At age 40 (20 years ago), when my back went out, I stopped jogging and started lap-swimming.

I am looking for:

--a pool at least 25 meters in length, public or private, and not far from the center of town
--with designated lanes for lap swimming (at least at certain hours of the day)
--with a life guard who makes sure that kids are not jumping around in these lanes

If you can provide info on hours and fees, that would be appreciated.

I can't help much apart from the Grand Hotel has a rectangular 25m pool with lanes marked on the floor of the pool. When I stayed there, myself and one or two others could be found there each morning before brekky trawling up and down to our hearts content.
