Do you mean cow grass? Normally you just buy sod from a garden centre - they will order it for you and go get it from BKK and deliver it to you. Not sure if it is easily seeded? You either sprig it or sod it. Sodding it will give you a good lawn within a few weeks as long as you keep it wet for the first 2 weeks until the roots take. Make sure you have flat soil to bed it on.
