The main observation I can make is that you are always ready to adapt to customers needs, such as the present low season.. You did not drop the Sunday Roast, just modified it for the lower demand. And so many similar instances over the past 2 years. We look forward to the next anniversary.
Managed to add one more complimentory post towards the great establishment in question with what I said though didn't I (something you weren't going to do without my bit of banter)
Outstanding place, all jokes aside. I don't think I've had a better meal since I've been in Thailand. This includes the 900 baht Dusit buffet last christmas.

If they are the hit we think they will be we wil sell patties to take home for your BBQ!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately we were away at the time to celebrate with you.
Given the very negative comments earlier in the year from one member about your future (oh what a very poor soothsayer he is and proved to be, we all know who he is!!) it is wonderful to see you adapting to the low season and that you will be with us for the long run.
We will be back soon and look so very much forward to your food, wines and wonderful service.
Couldn't find bread during Songkran as most bakeries were closed, so took the turn to T90 and got a nice fresh loaf which they kindly sliced for me.
As it was such a lovely setting, I dragged the family back down for breakfast, we are Scots and we like a good fry up. The food was excellent accompanied by a great pot of tea (very important) and it was so nice to sit in a peaceful, traffic free environment. We were going to come back for the quiz night but when I phoned it wasn't on. I would definitely go back next time i'm in HH.
Where I live, we have access to some very posh and expensive restaurants. Believe me, the food doesn't always meet expectations despite the 5 star surroundings and the price tag!
If you get a bad meal, IMO, it is only fair to inform the staff at the time and give them the chance to rectify the problem.
A good restaurant will normally offer to replace the dish or provide something different and often deduct the item from the bill or offer a free dessert/drink.
Mistakes can happen in any class of restaurant, but for me, it is how the staff reacts that determines whether or not I return.

For several months. Will let you know well in advance when it ends. For right now all we are getting is Locals so why not give the Backbone of our customer base a break?
We are thinking of a year around Loyalty Card to take care of those who in the Low Season support us. However, we have to be fair to those who use us 6 months a year in the high Season.
4th of July we will have a BBQ for 199 Baht again. No need to from the USA to enjoy a good BBQ! All welcome.

Yes, if we mess up or the customer thinks we messed up--make it right on the spot. The customer is always right since he is always the person who keeps our doors open
