Before anyone reacts to this remember that there is a transfer fee of 14,000 Baht which has to be paid to Lake View. It has to be agreed if the buyer or the seller pays this. On top of this there is a yearly contribution of 10,700 Baht which runs from October until October. If this has not been paid for this year then a small greenfee has to be paid each time the member plays (I think 500 Baht).

From my research on memberships...
Lakeview Golf Course
Membership until 2023. Normal price this time of year 2.500 Baht + 250 caddy fee. Low season a little cheaper. With membership only caddy fee has to be paid. Transfer fee is 14.000 Baht. Annual maintenance fee is 10.700 Baht or I think this can be waivered and a fee of 400 Baht paid every time you play. Maintenance fee has to be paid every October. This is an annual fee for one person but all guests play at half price. Course is 36 holes (2 courses A&B and C&D). Condition can't be compared to Black Mountain or Banyan but compares very favorably with the other courses in Hua Hin. Neither course is easy to score well (C&D is about 3 shots harder than A&B). The Asian tour school plays on C&D every January. There is a driving range and full practice area on site. There is a hotel on site with a free shuttle service to the 5 major hotels (about every hour).

On the by-pass road coming from Huahin it is before Springfield.

I think that's a pretty good price. We bought two memberships last year and got a pretty good deal at 125 each including the transfer fee. We didn't see anything cheaper and I'd been looking for awhile.

My friend wants to sell so he priced it right, I love Lake View and have a membership there which I wouldn't sell.
We can just hope that the way Majestic have started to invest and do great deals filters through to all and improves the golf experience and value here in HH
