i have friends who have banboo tatoos , im sure they are done by a monk at the temple , best place /person to ask is a girl in a bar who has one already ,

i take it you mean the triangle shaped ones the thais have on theyr backs usually to ward of spirits

I think the OP is looking for someone who does tattoos the old fashioned method of tapping a bamboo with a needle on the end rather than an eletric tattoo drill thingy.

Go to a temple in Ubon....prepare for pain and make sure the monk is not old or has bad eyesight
