Kids nowadays are more adept than the stoneman was and they seemed to do okay. I am extremely fortunate that I get to witness 'this' side of humanity on a day to day basis. A kind that has not yet been corrupted by greed and power. A kind that doesn't hold onto grudges for more than a few hours. As kids they are generally far better human beings than 90% of them will be when they hit 30.
I think the whole world should be handed over to them and start from scratch... the adults becoming slaves as such (the workers/teachers/etc)
Can you imagine wars starting over oil.... wars would become a thing of the past.
People in need would actually be helped due to sincere compassion, rather than 'looking good' in other people's eyes.
The World would become one rather than racist.
Money would be split evenly (apart from the few 'bullies') rather than given to the elite - a kid just wants some sweets... not half of China.
Poverty would become a thing of the past...Kid's share whatever they got in their pocket if another kid doesn't have it.
Kids would allow internet to run freely between all countries as some countries have better online games than others... that's the only pie they want a piece of.
I think, whence you hit 12, you should become a 'slave' (on a better salary than you get now as the money is spread... but your only duty is to help and overlook the running of the world by our kids)
The kids have their 4 year terms from 8-12 and then they too... become workers for the new people in charge. A peaceful world with kids calling the shots - adults simply assisting.
Sounds bizarre sure... but think about it!
