Property Maintenance

Hi, I've just joined and need any asistance with recommending a company/trusted person to carry out a regular cleaning/laundry service on my holiday home. I basically need somebody to come to my property twice a month to check everything is OK, flush the toillets etc and when we leave after our hols do the laundry and clean in preparation for our next visit. Any ideas? An expat that offers this service would be the best.

If you cant get any joy with a company, PM me I will pass on a contact to you who is reliable trustworthy etc. Both Thai ladies full time employees at a friends restaurant but always looking to boost some revenue.
