I have gotten a few replies but not as much as I expected so, let me tell you a little bit more,,, She was the Manager of my Restaurant, was able to do all aspects of the restaurant: Bartender, hostess, cashier, cook, dishwasher ect ect. I trusted her with the keys, she would open and close on her own and did it with great customer service. This isn't small restaurant, we have 50 seats and we would get full most nights 2-3 turn overs on a good nights. my customers are about 95% farang customers, so this shows that her english was up to the task.

O and did i mention that she is a Very good looking girl!!,, not that that should matter cuz she is Super qualified!
