I would suggest that you obtain a Ed Visa.. with this visa there bis no need to leave to leave Thailand every 90 days. However, if we provided such documentation, we would you to study Thai 4 hours a week. Should you wish to depart Thailand for a short visit abroad, just get a Re Entry Permit at the Hua Hin Immigration office.

We have a number of students in a similar situation as yours. Some with husbands working for various U.N. bodies, etc.

With regards to your husband, as he is only here for 28 days, he would best 30 days entry on his arrival at the Bangkok Airport.
