If their service department was as good as their finance/billing department then we'd all have a 'smoking hot' service. :cuss:
You get a bill? Through the post? Do they have a 'by hand' delivery service up there?
Bizarrely, I've always found their response pretty good here on the odd occasion that there's been a service-related problem.

Guess it's a demographic management difference issue going on then man if you folks down there have a sparking service from this lot without being able to critic the service (first time I'm hear of that BTW). The connection is good here where I am...no complaints, but the billing system is somewhat subject to avarice/contempt where I am (not HH though).

I joke with my Mrs that if I paid the overly optimistic future billing request that arrives a long time before it is due then they would keep on sending them until I had paid a year or so in advance.

Amazing how efficient they can be when they want to......however, hmmmmmmmm. Maybe I'm just too cynical really though folks.

You're taking life a bit seriously this evening, spitfire.
All I'm saying is that the postal service here is crap so we rarely get a bill, and that in the 5 years I've had a phone line Internet connection through TT&T they've dealt with the occasional problems reasonably well.
I haven't bought any shares in the company yet.

:offtopic: We will look into the topics list issue but cannot replicate the problem here, it works fine at the current time of testing.

Not sure where to post this, so please feel free to move it if necessary......

Whenever I use the PM feature, the list of sponsors on the right covers part of the text box. This means you can't see everything you're typing because it's being typed underneath the sponsor list. Is this the same for everyone, or is it my settings?

Thanks for any help.

What is your screen resolution? This usually only happens on small monitors.

Quick response there Lev. :thumb: Only on small monitors  Well that explains it since I'm using a small netbook.

As I mentioned before, adding some nocache headers might just help, and in fact proper html head/body markup might also help. At the moment it appears to servers as a plain text file, which may well let them think it's ok to cache it a little longer.

It also happens if you make use of the browser's zoom facility. I have my pages zoomed to ease readability, and have to zoom out when using the pm system. No biggie for me, but it must make it difficult to use for people using netbooks or tablets.

It's an issue with the table layout system and can't be easily fixed without moving to a whole new (fully css based) theme

The side bar is an add-on and not part of the original software, hence the occasional layout issue on small screens or when zoomed.

No - re-writing the entire thing in CSS is not an option.

I was only stating that is the only way to fix it; I wasn't suggesting you actually did it!

There are two options for page width, if you would like to use a full width screen similar to the old version you can change the setting in your user control panel:
