Buying and shipping to Thailand from Amazon.com

Thai customs, but to be honest I cannot remember what that percentage was.

I just ordered something else, where I had the choice ordering from Amazon or directly from that supplier/brand.
Normally my experience is better when it goes via Amazon as now the package has been stuck in Bangkok for over 2 weeks and the sender doesn't know what to do to get more information, except for opening a ticket with USPS.

I as a receiver can do nothing, USPS told me over the phone.

As the product was also offered on Amazon, next time I will order there.
