We're hearing very strong rumours linking Tottenham with a move for Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho. It is said to be a deal worth around £30m. Moutinho played under Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas during his time at successful time at Porto.

The best two signings on deadline day were Dempsey,Fulham to Spurs for 6m and Berbatov,United to Fulham for 4m,imo.
A great loan move for Essien to team up with his old boss,Jose Mourinho,at Real Madrid.His first team opportunities,maybe,a bit limited at Chelsea now so good luck to him.
Van der Vaart,Spurs to Hamburg was a surprise.
Citeh signing Maicon,Garcia and Sinclair.....Maicon was good under Mourinho but not sure about him now,Sinclair I think will be just a fringe player......Garcia,I dont really know.....maybe a replacement for De Jong ?
