Boat from Bang Sapang to Koh Talu - info needed please !

Post by The Tones »

Hello all

Am visiting Koh Talu for a couple of days and wondered what the routine is at Bang Saphan for getting a boat to the island where i will be staying.

Is there a selection of boats that will make the trip or are there scheduled services ?? What is the likely cost ???

Or referring to the Bang Sapang guide do I need to hop onto one of the day trip boats that leave at 9am ???

If anyone has the contact details of a reputable boat owner or a map of Bang Saphan with the pier etc they can direct me to I would be very grateful if you could PM me.

Thanks in anticipation.
Cheers

You can get the day boat over, info here:

If you have booked accommodation on Koh Talu, they should also offer the transport service or at least inform you how to get there since it is a private island with one Thai resort on it.

There is also a map on the site above, the pier is on the southern end of the bay.
