The man is mentally ill or a pervert, if i was walking down a street in my local town with my wife and little girl and he walked around the corner he would get a big right hand from me, my little girl for one does not need to be exposed to this idiot. If this man wants to strut around bollock naked go and do it on a nudist beach or camp and don't cause offense to others.
Their has also been a case recently of a man struting around his front room naked and after complaints to the police he has been prosecuted and put on the sex offenders register, at first i thought that was a bit harsh on the basis he was in his own home until it was stated that under interview he told police " I thought woman would find me attractive " another deluded idiot in my opinion.
If incarceration and mental heath assessment does not stop this man he deserves everything he gets walking around in front of schools will get him in to very big trouble as i for one as a loving parent would deal with him, as the legal system in the UK is far to soft, he should be detained indeterminately.
