Are small portable transistors 220 > 110 volts easy to find in HH

If you mean transformers to operate small 110v appliances then probably not much demand for them.
Try the electrical gadget shop towards the back of the Grand night market or maybe Home Pro.

Most chargers these days are auto-transformers - that is, you can plug them into any socket between 100 to 240 volts no problem. Check the specs printed on the charger/ transformer.

I know this because my son had to travel somewhere where the voltage was 120 v, and all the equipment bought here (where we use 220v) had this flexibility.
