I know there is a Japanese restaurant at the Sofitel,and a Fuji near Tesco ,but are there any others?

Pretty sure there are 1-2 more but hard to beat Fuji at Tesco.

There used to be one near Hua Hin Business Centre, just South of the Satukarn lights, on Petchkasem, not sure if it's still there, though.

There's also one close to the bus station to BKK.

I was in the Market Village last week and from what I can remember, on the floor where the food court, there were 3 or 4 different type of Japanese restrurants. All looked very good, but I did not bother to go into any of them.

There is Mr. Sumo's on Petchakasem near the junction of the road that runs of to the Sofitel and another in the road that runs next to the railway between the night market and the railway crossing. Both are OK.
