Personally, i would have a Farang there that hung around all day/evening and watched them all ( like the security guys that work in Tesco's in the UK, ETC)

Sorry to hear about your on-goin' problem Terry-lad.
Mr Mrs runs the yellow/red card system in our bar..and has to stick to it to keep it's value as a deterrant, & they all know we keep their ID & photos on file at the police-station.
We think we look after our staff pretty good..they have a town-house to share for free, my Mrs always treats them well, if we have a damn good night takings-wise, my dragon will make sure the girls are given a slice of it.
Yet the 1st thing my Mrs does every morning is check over the previous night's bins for any 'faults'..she says our cashier MAY think she's smart, but lets the cashier know she will sniff out any misdemeanors present.
BUT..Thais always want more!..it's in their blood to scam their boss/Company I'm sure.
