JW: the Eizo monitor has already been claimed but I will put you in for the other items you mentioned. I am traveling at the moment but will message you when I get back to HH & ready to sell the items - this may be a few days.

Mestizo: It is a room air con, 2-piece type. Yes, it has to be installed. But this just means you will have to find a Thai person to come by & remove it from my house, then install it in yours. If you are handy you could do it yourself, but what I would recommend is just hire someone from one of the appliance stores around town, they do this kind of work every day. Anyway it is an extremely good aircon, very powerful & effective, remote control with different modes etc...
