Fishing lodge great venue, I would love to see Photos of Big Boy hooked into a 15KG Simese carp a bit bigger than his sea monster he caught on Barry's boat.

A lot of skill was involved in catching those babies

The gathering will be a beach afternoon affair, those that want to go bar hopping later are welcome.

Date is likely to fall between Dec 27 and Jan 15.

We also need to decide which stretch of beach is most convenient for access, parking, food/bev, toilets so suggestions welcome.

I will be there between 9-15, hope that i can join this. Congratulation on 10 years party

Due to difficulties finding a good beach venue that ticks all the boxes in high season we are going for the second most popular option which is the Fishing Lodge.

We just need to finalise the date now which will be Dec 27-30 or after Jan 5th.

For those that will attend a gathering at the FL what date would you prefer? Obviously we cannot please everyone so this will need to be a majority decision.

We could go on - and yes we could just roll up and sit in the sand but some would prefer something a little more civilised so we decided to support one of our sponsors instead of some random over-priced tourist beach restaurant. There will always be life's whingers and nitpickers and you cant please everyone so those not happy do not need to go or post anymore on this thread.
